Official figures: refugees and migrants on Aegean islands, 1 March 2017

The detention centres on the Aegean isladns of Lesvos, Samos and Kos are still massively overcrowded, with Samos holding 1695 "guests" despite its capacity of 850. As of 8:00 on 1 March, 139 people had arrived on the islands.
