Gilles de Kerchove erfindet „linksterroristische“ Gefahr

An article in Netzpolitik cites a piece published by Statewatch including two documents from the Council of the EU that propose taking "specific EU action against violent left-wing and anarchist extremism and terrorism".

"Jedes Land kann selbst bestimmen, ob die im Jahresbericht genannten Vorfälle als „extremistisch“ oder „terroristisch“ eingestuft werden. Es ist offensichtlich, dass die hohen Zahlen für „Linksterrorismus“ der speziellen Zählweise italienischer Behörden geschuldet ist. Trotzdem hat der EU-Anti-Terrorismus-Koordinator Gilles de Kerchove nun ein Papier vorgelegt, das Initiativen gegen einen darin beschworenen „Linksterrorismus“ vorschlägt. Die britische Bürgerrechtsorganisation Statewatch hat es veröffentlicht."
