Proposal for a EP & Council Directive amending 68/360/EEC on abolition of restrictions on movement & residence for workers of Member States & their families and [also amends] 73/148/EEC on abolition of restrictions on movement & residence within the Community for nationals of Member States with regard to establishment & provision of services
