The European Union and NATO have just put in place the "EU/NATO Security
Agreement" which is considered a prerequisite for the EU's military arm ("second pillar") to
have access to NATO "assets". It designates the NATO Office of Security (NOS), the EU
Council General Secretariat Security Office (GSC Security Office, the "Central Registry" for
NATO classified information provided to the EU) and the European Commission Security
Office.
