UK: In an interview with Reuters news agency Sir John Stephens, the Commissioner of London's Metropolitan Police, says that ID cards are "a must" to combat terrorism and organised crime. He is quoted as saying: "The excuse people say that terrorists and organised criminals get around it. They might do.
