ACLU launches case to challenge US "No-Fly" watch-list

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) is taking a case to court concerning seven people who are continually stopped and questioned before being allowed to board a flight in the USA. The seven have no idea how their names got on a widely circulated "No-Fly" list compiled by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) of the Homeland Security department.

The ACLU state that the individuals "are innocent of any wrongdoing and pose no threat to aviation security". The individuals are treated as potential terrorist suspects and subjected to "humiliation and delays" - they are singled out in front if their families, other passengers and flight crews. Moreover there is no way to get off the list.
