EU: General Affairs Council adopts two conclusions related to the Hague Programme

Today, 2 November, the General Affairs Council of the European Union (25 governments) is adopting Council Conclusions on a common readmission policy (pdf) and Council Conclusions on improving access to durable solutions (pdf) - this includes so-called "Regional Protection Programmes" and the issue of EU-funded external camps (both sets of Conclusions are related to the "Hague Programme").
