EU: ECJ rules that Stern journalist request for an injunction is unfounded and the claim for costs is turned down

Hans-Martin Tillack obtained copies of "the Van Buitenen memorandum" and internal Commission notes relating to "irregularities". His home and office were searched and documents siezed on 19 March 2004 by Belgian police as part of an investigation by OLAF (European Anti-Fraud Office):
