The Italian implementing legislation (link, in Italian) was adopted by parliament on 12 April 2005 and expected to enter into force on 30 April 2005. The Polish Constitutional Court has declared the provisions on the surrender of "own nationals" are incompatible with the Polish Constitution, which will be amended to allow the extradition of Polish citizens from Poland: Judgment of the Polish Constitutional Tribunal on EAW (pdf).
