EU: German Council Presidency produces new draft of Framework Decision on data protection in police and judicial cooperation

EU doc no: 7315/07 (dated 13 March 2007). After a gap of three months, during which the German Presidency asked the European Commission to prepare a new draft proposal, the Presidency has produced its own new, full draft.
