EU: Reform Treaty finalised text published

The text to be finalised by the European Council on 18 October 2007 was finally published on 5 October 2007 - leaving less than two weeks for it to be read, comprehended and discussed and for civil society and parliaments to make their views known. Statewatch published the "almost final text" on 9 August 2007.
