Report of the High Level Advisory Group on the future of EU Home Affairs Policies as discussed at the Informal Meeting of Justice and Home Affairs Ministers in Slovenia on 24-25 January 2008. This is an Interim Report - with a final report in July 2008 - intended to succeed the Tampere (1999-2004) and Hague programmes (2005-2009).
