UK: UK government proposal to grant full international status to the International Organisation on Migration

UK government proposal (IOM, pdf) including "immunity from jurisdiction and execution" and "immunity from personal arrest and detention". The IOM in the UK (links) works with the Home Office to "return" people to third world countries and says that: "Since 1999 IOM UK has assisted more than 27,000 people to return to some 130 countries."
