"The following analysis, which updates an earlier analysis of April 2012, examines the agreed text of the 2011 proposal and the border code amendments, since the EP and the Council have already reached a deal concerning both proposals. A revised text of the visa list Regulation, as it will look following the adoption of these two amendments (and taking account of all previous amendments) appears in the annex to this analysis."
