BULGARIA: ‘Government panics over refugees’

"Bulgarian authorities are preparing “a series of emergency measures in response to the growing refugee crisis,” reports Sega. According to the daily, the Ministry of Interior is to receive an additional 27 million leva (€13.5m), of which 5 million will be for construction of a 30km long wall on the border with Turkey close to Elhovo."
