"Following the meeting of the Working Party on General Matters, including Evaluations on 30 March 2012, the Presidency has further redrafted the Directive. As announced, the Presidency intends to submit the file to the April JHA Council for a general approach.
Member States are therefore invited to lift as many general and specific reservations as possible."
