Court of Justice | Ten of the ‘old’ Member States to ratify the Convention (all except UK, Belgium, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands) have given jurisdiction to the Court; eight of them give jurisdiction to all national courts or tribunals to send references (Spain allows only final courts to refer); four of the new Member States have given jurisdiction to the Court (Hungary, Estonia, Cyprus and Lithuania, which allow all courts and tribunals to refer) |
