The Campaign Against Plastic Bullets has estimated that police
forces in England and Wales have stockpiles of about 20,000
plastic bullets, about half of which are held by the
Metropolitan Police, for use in riot control. Includes comment
from Paul Boateng, GLC Police Committee Chair.
