Article by Michael Penz, Open University Dean of Science and Scientists Against
Nuclear Arms Chairman, arguing that plans for civil defence against nuclear
attack are "nonsense". Also report of an article by Dr David Teller, hydrogen
bomb co-inventor, stating that the human race would survive a full scale
nuclear war.
