Describes a South Wales community watch scheme set up to promote
good citizenship and a sense of social responsibility in an effort
to prevent burglaries. Describes the problems the scheme has
encountered the major one being a lack of interest on the part of
the public leading to problems of motivation. The scheme was set
up following the success of a project aimed particularly at
children.
