Review of offences connected with prostitution as well as other
sexual offences. Examines the living on the earnings of
prostitution and exercising control over a prostitute, brothels
and premises used for habitual prostitution, and the procuration
of females and males. Looks at and criticises the present law,
and puts forward recommendations for changes in the law to stop,
as far as practicable, the nuisance caused by prostitution on
the streets.
