Danish intelligence targets German neo-nazi links

The Danish intelligence service PET has intensified its
monitoring of neo-nazi organisations, aiming its investigations
at three groups, the DNSB, NPD and PDN. Justice minister Erling
Olsen said: `I am now aware that left-wing extremism is not of
the same dangerous character as that of the right-wing'. Within
the last 18 months, PET has registered around 20 bomb cases,
arson incidents and violent racist attacks. The recent letter-
bomb campaign in Austria is also believed to have a Danish
connection. Links with German neo-nazis are also feared. German
neo-nazis have been using a post box in Randers, which belongs
to the DNSB, to distribute materials.
