Two former vice squad officers are being called to a
disciplinary tribunal after investigations into a woman's
complaint that she was wrongfully convicted of prostitution
offences.
Superintendent Peter Bean and Constable Phillip
Spittles, formerly of a squad based at Paddington that was
disbanded for allegedly becoming a `rogue outfit', are
accused of planting evidence and failing to contact defence
