Report of an examination of the arrangements for financial control
and accountability of the Metropolitan Police , including the
provision of police and civil staff manpower, which is by far
their largest resource. The examination was made on the basis of
a report by the Comptroller and Auditor General (HC347) and gives
the proceedings of the Committee, list of witnesses, appendices
which include Supplementary Memoranda by the Home Office and the
Metropolitan Police , and minutes of evidence.
