Outlines some of the problems arising between the police and gay
people. The author, a member of the Gay London Policing Group,
suggests that intensive police operations to cut down on
homosexual soliciting at public toilets and raids on gay pubs are
symptoms of a wider discrimination. Also claims that violent
crimes against gay people are often not taken seriously by the
police, and that their complaints are poorly investigated.
