This issue of the bi-monthly Bavarian Refugee Council's information bulletin includes contributions from a conference held in January this year entitled "The War Against Refugees". They deal with the developments of the EU's migration management towards using military means to control refugee movements, the creation of 'concentric circles' around Europe through different levels of anti-migration measures and the internal repression of refugees and migrants within Germany.
