The Government's response to the report, published on 12 March
1986, of the Committee's inquiry into the misuse of hard drugs.
Welcomes the report and shares the Committee's view that the
fight against drugs can by no means be regarded as having been
won, and that the Government will need to maintain strenuous
efforts to combat the misuse. Comments on the Drug Trafficking
Offences Bill ,the police, international action, enforcement,
and attacking the demand for drugs.
