Norway: Kosovo refugees to be returned

In Norway there are around 300 Albanian refugees from Kosovo in Yugoslavia. All have had their applications for asylum rejected by Norway. For several years they have not been returned because the Serbian government will not take back citizens who have applied for asylum abroad. In November it was reported that an agreement had been reached for their return but fears for their safety have been expressed.
