workshop on this topic. Focuses on racial harassment in public
sector housing, considering ways and means of combatting the
problem rather than establishing motives for the underlying
racism. Looks at the use of existing legal remedies, the role of
community organisations, the police, the judiciary and the DOE,
and makes a number of recommendations.
