Grey is the author of the book Ghost Plane, on the US practice of illegally trafficking and torturing their political opponents, and he has played an important role in exposing the hypocrisy of European governments in their collusion with this neconservative policy. Here Grey discusses how at least five European countries gave the United States permission to fly nearly 700 unconvicted people across their territories.
