A Southampton man has been barred from entering every Indian
restaurant and takeaway in Britain.
William Plommer, 42, was charged by Magistrate Thomas
Cowling with inciting violence and causing actual bodily harm
at three different restaurants in Swaythling near Southampton.
Plommer has denied all the charges made against him. He has
been granted bail but ordered to stay away from all Indian
restaurant in Britain. (Evening Standard 13.12.90)
