This briefing paper has been prepared by a group called A
Christian Response to Strip Searching (CRSS) and it seeks to give
a short but comprehensive account of the incident referred to
above. Various groups and individuals involved in, and connected
with the incident were contacted. This paper concludes with a
considered response in the light of Christian teaching.
